The most iconic dessert recipes from each of these countries are included in the recipe book as the data has actually been recreated in the form of 3D food. The photographs on the left page of every spread shows two items of food, the first represents the country’s sugar consumption  in 1961, and the second represents their sugar consumption in 2004. The line drawing infographics on the bottom right of the spreads, represents the same dataset but gives the exact amounts of sugar consumption in kilograms.
